The core difference: paying per caller or per minute
As listed on their site in November 2026, Goodcall's Starter plan is $79/month for 100 unique customers a month, Growth $129/month for 500 and Scale $299/month for 2,000. A unique customer is one phone number once a month: the same person calling five times in March counts once, and spam and wrong numbers don't count. Extra customers cost 79¢, 26¢ or 15¢ each, by plan, and Goodcall says it never meters minutes. Enterprise has volume pricing.
Digui counts minutes instead. Starter is $99/month for 200 phone minutes, Professional $249/month for 500 minutes with booking, calendar integrations and call transfers, and Business $499/month for 1,000 minutes and 10 receptionists. Extra minutes are $0.25. See Digui's pricing.
Goodcall's model rewards long calls and callers who ring back; a minutes plan rewards short calls. A month of your call history will tell you which costs less.
Setup and what the receptionist knows
Both build the receptionist for you. Goodcall's assistant, Gabi, writes the greeting, questions and steps from a description of your business or your website. Goodcall organizes an agent into workers, specialists like a booker, a message taker and a knowledge expert, with 5, 10 or 20 per plan.
With Digui, you type your website on the homepage and, about half a minute later, call your receptionist from your browser or any phone. It knows your services, prices and hours from your site, and you can add documents, like a price list or your policies, that it looks up during calls. To fix an answer, you edit its prompt or a document, and the next call uses the change.
Languages
Goodcall's homepage and pricing page don't list which languages it speaks. Digui answers in the caller's language, switches mid-call if they do, and lets you choose its accent for each language, for example Spanish from Mexico or Spain.
Booking, tools and transfers
Goodcall puts bookings on your calendar and texts everyone the details, adds notes to HighLevel or your own system, and connects to Zapier, APIs and MCP servers, with 1, 5 or 15 external tools by plan. Transfers go to your business line by default, or to a person or department, with a backup if they don't pick up.
Digui books into Google Calendar, Outlook or Calendly, emails your front desk through Gmail, works with Shopify and Square, and transfers calls only to the numbers you list, with a summary. See which apps it works with. Tools come with Professional and Business, and if your app isn't listed, Digui will build it for you. Texting, HubSpot, Salesforce and Zapier are coming soon.
