AI receptionist pricing
Digui's AI receptionist costs $99, $249 or $499 a month, depending on the minutes, receptionists and tools you need, and each extra minute is $0.25. Trying it is free, with no account or credit card.
Try your receptionist freeHow does Digui's pricing work?
Every plan has a flat monthly price and includes phone minutes, and every plan answers your calls 24/7 with an AI receptionist built from your website. Past your plan's minutes, each extra minute is $0.25, so a busy month doesn't cut your receptionist off and doesn't force an upgrade.
Setup is part of every plan: Digui builds your receptionist from your website, and you forward calls to it from the number you already have (how). The demo is free and needs no account or card, so you can call your own receptionist before you pay anything.
What counts as a minute?
A minute is talk time on calls to your receptionists, counted to the second and added up across all of them for your billing month. Ten 30-second calls are 5 minutes, not 10. There's no charge per call, and the count starts again with each billing month.
Calls you make to test your receptionist count too, and so do this month's calls to a receptionist you delete. Two things don't: chats on your website, and the time your team spends on a call your receptionist transferred to them.
Usage in the dashboard shows your minutes so far against your plan's, each receptionist's calls and talk time, and any extra minutes with what they cost (your minutes, extra minutes).
Which plan is right for your business?
Pick by what your receptionist needs to do and how many you need more than by minutes, since extra minutes cost the same $0.25 on every paid plan. Tools you set up on Starter stay saved, ready for when you upgrade (which plans include tools).
| If you | Pick | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Want to hear your receptionist before paying | Free | Build it from your website and call it from your browser |
| Need questions answered and messages taken on one line | Starter, $99/month | 200 phone minutes and 1 receptionist on your real number |
| Want it to book appointments or pass calls to your team | Professional, $249/month | 500 minutes, 3 receptionists, and tools: Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly, Square, Gmail, Shopify and call transfers |
| Have several locations or departments | Business, $499/month | 1,000 minutes, 10 receptionists, advanced integrations and priority support |
Can you change or cancel your plan?
Yes, from your account menu (top right) › Manage account › Plan. Pick another plan there to upgrade or downgrade (how).
To cancel, press Cancel plan. Your plan keeps working until the month you paid for ends, then stops, and if you change your mind before then, press Keep my plan (cancelling). Your invoices and card are under Payment method and invoices.
How does it compare with hiring a receptionist?
In the US, the median wage for receptionists was $18.27 an hour, or $38,010 a year, in May 2025, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. That's about $3,170 a month in wages alone, before payroll taxes and benefits. The BLS also notes that most receptionists work full time, which covers your business hours but not every evening, weekend and holiday.
| Receptionist (US median wage) | Digui Professional | |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly cost | About $3,170 in wages | $249, with 500 minutes |
| Hours | A full-time shift | 24/7 |
| Languages | The ones they speak | Any, switching mid-call |
| Calls that need a person | Takes them | Transfers them to your team |
Do you need to choose between them?
No. A person is still better for judgment calls and anything in person, so Digui works well alongside a small team: forward only the calls nobody picks up, and your receptionist answers the missed calls while your staff keeps the rest (how).
How does it compare with per-call answering services?
Answering services, with human agents or AI, price their plans in different ways. With per-call pricing, a 20-second wrong number costs as much as a 4-minute booking, while on Digui a 30-second call uses half a minute. When you compare a service with Digui, check three things:
- Whether it charges per call or per minute, and whether it rounds each call up to a full minute. Digui counts talk time to the second.
- What happens past the plan: a higher rate, a cutoff or an automatic upgrade. On Digui, extra minutes are $0.25 each.
- What's included: languages, booking, transfers and call transcripts, or extras that cost more.
